While looking for a faucet to potentially replace my existing kitchen sink faucet, I came upon Faucet.com that has loads of faucets (not just for the kitchen) and saw some really nice bar faucets that are available. Some people might think they have an awkward design, but I have to say that they look very convenient, especially when it comes down to cooking. Trying to clean off fruits and vegetables or doing dishes can make for a very tight squeeze when all you have is the standard, run of the mill kitchen faucet. The bar faucets are raise pretty high which alleviates the constant bumping of items into the faucet.
At this point I have it narrowed down to a couple of different faucets on the Faucet.com website so I should have a final decision very soon. But if any of my readers are looking for a new faucet (for any room in their house), be sure to visit the Faucet.com site for tons of ideas.

There are just so many things to do that it’s hard to do them is such a short period of time. While I’ve been lucky enough to say that I’ve never needed to make a claim with my insurance company, just having the insurance definitely makes me feel a lot better about driving. I’m confident in my ability to drive, that’s not at all what I’m worried about. It’s the other drivers on the road that concern me when I’m driving.

Every year Halloween and Christmas come around and every year, citizens across the US hanging up lights to enhance the festivity of these holidays. The unfortunate side to many of these lights is that they are often the traditional incandescent which consume a much higher amount of energy than LED holiday lights. I’m a big supporter of trying to help the environment out and I must say that switching to LED string lights would be a fantastic idea given the fact that it would save enough energy to power roughly 200,000 homes for one full year.
The lights that are strung around houses on Hallowen definitely aren’t as abundant as the Christmas lights that nearly every has in the world uses, so the majority of energy savings would come from the Christmas season. While more and more people are adapting to LED Xmas lights and they appear to be working their way into society as the norm, a higher level of transitions from incandescent to LED would be the backbone of such a power saving movement. This is primarily due to the fact that lights are not only hung up outside of the house, but also on Christmas trees. By using LED Christmas tree lights we would see additional saving beyond what would come from replacing only the exterior lights.
So this year, be sure to change your incandescent Christmas lights to LED Christmas lights. You’ll not only be saving yourself money, but you’ll be helping to improve the world’s energy consumption.

From personal experience, I have to say that the best loans someone can get would have to be personal loans. When I purchased my first car, the personal loan that I applied for was a real life saver in saving me money. Getting a loan through the dealership would have left me with an insane interest rate. It’s hard to find anyone in the world that isn’t familiar with Alzheimer’s, a condition that causes many to have a significantly reduced ability to remember things. Many organizations across the world are working to fight the causes of Alzheimer’s, but one organization that’s really putting a lot of effort towards finding a cure is the Alzheimer’s Association.
The company is trying to encourage everyone to remember World Alzheimer’s Day - which falls on September 21st - by hosting a Purple Party in an effort to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s. By organizing a party, you can not only educate attendees of what they can do to help others become aware of Alzheimer’s, but you can also raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association. To help hosts to better organize their party, the ActionALZ.org website will provide hosts with their own page to provide information for the event. Hosts that agree to raise $150 or more in funds will receive a “Purple Party” kit for free.
Since September is the month in which World Alzheimer’s Day occurs, The Harrah’s Foundation has agreed to match all donations made in the month of September, dollar-for-dollar. Being a software developer, I find that having a good method for communicating with fellow developers is a must to ensure that information on a project is properly conveyed. And it’s not a situation where all developers aren’t all within the US. Many developers I work with are overseas and around the world. I’ve seen a number of trade show booths in my time thanks to all of the trade shows that I’ve attended, but after looking at the Godfrey Group’s website, I have to say that they win the title of most creative and elaborate displays. As a heavy laptop user, I know the value of a good and reliable laptop. The only company that I ever really consider for high-end, Windows laptops is Dell. I’ve always found them to be well built with fantastic designs. But more importantly, the specifications that often come with portable Dell machines are pretty nice. In my experience with Dell laptops, they always come with nice, big hard drives, the latest processors, and the best displays of any manufacturer out there.
To top off all the great features that are a part of the Dell systems, Dell is able to provide them at a very affordable price. If you’re unsure of which laptop to go with, I would definitely suggest the Inspiron. I have one myself and love it. The battery life’s great and if I ever have to swap it out, it’s a breeze.
